General Manager for San Francisco trattoria and ristorante. Must have excellent dining room and wine skills. The weight of the manager's duties will be guest focused, plus outreach and work with wine manager Will hire, train and supervise all dining room staff. Responsible for ordering dry goods, POS management, coordinating front and back of house. Background in an Italian restaurant a plus. Must be local. No fast food. Must have a stable background.
Manager for Marin Restaurant. Must have strong dining room skills, be well versed in customer relations, understand European wines and flavors. Will be mainly responsible for dining room with some back office responsibilities.
